1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NotifyBee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use NotifyBee.

2. Description of Service

NotifyBee is a website change monitoring service that tracks changes to any publicly accessible URL and notifies users via email when meaningful changes are detected. The Service includes AI-powered content analysis to categorize and summarize changes.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor URLs you do not have authorization to access
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use automated means to create accounts or monitors beyond normal usage

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

NotifyBee offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, delayed notifications, or missed status changes.

7. Monitoring Accuracy

While we use sophisticated detection methods including AI analysis, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in detecting all changes to monitored pages. Websites may employ techniques that prevent or delay our detection. Users should not rely solely on NotifyBee for time-critical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by NotifyBee and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide, including monitored URLs and notification preferences.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
